5-Week Psychoeducation Group: Nurturing Healthy Minds
Event Description: This psychoeducational group, based on The Whole-Brain Child, helps parents understand how their child's brain develops and how to foster emotional resilience. We’ll explore key concepts like the left vs. right brain, the upstairs vs. downstairs brain, and how to use strategies like "connect to redirect" to nurture emotional regulation. Parents will learn practical communication and co-regulation skills to support their children's mental health while also strengthening their own. This group provides a supportive space for parents to share experiences, gain insight, and build confidence in raising emotionally resilient kids.
